Run. For your life, for your joy, for your calm and peace of mind. Run. Because your legs are strong and your lungs are aching for the taste of air. Run. Because what's the point of a life spent walking in the middle?

Running For Life Australia
About me
I am an enthusiastic runner living in Perth, Western Australia. My husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors and making the most of our beautiful home town on the Swan river.
Running has been a constant companion in my life for more than two decades. It evolved into a true passion during my service in the military, police force, and emergency services. Throughout my career and more so while completing my degree , I developed a keen interest in exploring and understanding both the physiological and psychological benefits of exercise.
Running helps me confidently face the challenges I experience in life, particularly since being diagnosed with complex PTSD, depression, and ADHD. Join me on Running For Life as I share the triumphs and obstacles of my running journey, including training strategies, nutrition tips, recipes, goal-setting, inspirational running anecdotes, gear and gadget recommendations.
